      Where is my order confirmation?
      As soon as you place an order you should receive an order confirmation email, once your order ships, you will receive a second email notification to the email address you entered on your order.  If you do not receive an email confirmation then contact us at badasscushions@gmail.com with the details of when you placed your order.  Please be aware that sometimes your order confirmation may go directly to your junk folder.

      When will my order ship?

      Most orders are sent within 2 business days of purchase.  Orders are not sent on the weekends or holidays.

      Do you offer international delivery?
      Yes. We have standard mail for North America, Canada and throughout Europe for all cushion covers. The cost to ship one cushion cover is €8 and for up to three cushion covers is €22. For orders over 3 cushion covers just contact us at badasscushions@gmail.com for bulk mailing prices. 

      I get an error message when I enter my shipping / Billing address, What’s going on?
      If you are receiving an error message, there might be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address.  The billing address should match exactly what you bank has on file.  Please review all the information closely and look for any typos.  Also, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing information (this often solves the issue).

      My order won’t go through, what should I do?
      If you are still receiving an error message after reviewing your credit card information, billing and shipping address,  please email us on  badasscusions@gmail.com

      I need to change something on my order, how can I do that?
      If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact badasscushions@gmail.com immediately. We generally process orders within 24 hours, and once an order has been processed we will be unable to make any changes.

      I just placed my order, Can I add another item to it?

      Can I add a gift note to my order?
      Yes, we can do that no problem.  Please leave a note in the comment section at the check-out.

      My product is out of stock - what can I do?
      If you are looking for a particular design that is showing out of stock please feel free to contact us on badasscushions@gmail.com and we can let you know when it will be available.
